Neighborhoods in Napa
Napa, located in the Napa Valley, is a city known for its quality of lifestyle. There are many neighborhoods, each with its own distinctive character.
In Napa's "old town", there are fine examples of Victorian architecture, picket fences, and tree-lined streets. Many of these old beauties have been restored to their former grandeur.
On the north side of Napa are 1960's subdivisions, such as Bel Aire and Springwood, with curving streets and cul-de-sacs.
To the west of Napa is Browns Valley, an eclectic area, large is size, which offers everything from WWII-age housing to very recent executive-type homes, and homes on large parcels.
South of Napa along the Napa River are marina-style homes and condominiums at River Park and executive-type homes at the Napa Yacht Club.
On the east-side of Napa, and for the "country club" minded, there is famous Silverado Country Club and Resort, with its world-famous golf and tennis facilities, which has premium priced homes and condominiums surrounding its two 18 hole golf courses.
The east-side of Napa also offers country properties or vineyard acreage with estate type homes.
